I love it. With the exception of a few frame rate hiccups, I love the gameplay, I love the atmosphere, and I love the sounds of the battlefield. Can't wait until DICE fixes the few remaining glitches here and there. When Back to Karkand is released, I just may poo myself.

How about you?

Great so far but game needs to be optimized more. Right now it can get pretty laggy for me.

Yeah, drop in FPS is most annoying, esp. when you play it on Ultra setting all maxed out at 80 FPS and all the sudden it drops to 20's for a sec...wtf?

My big compalaints are occaisional flickering-Nvidia drivers, and full auto weapon selection suddenly shooting in bursts after reloading. I've gotten killed more times from this than I can count so far. Otherwise, I love the game.

Apparetly game doesnt like hyperthreading, I googled the issue with FPS drop and ppl saying to disable HT if you experiencing drop in FPS. So I tried that, and it doesnt make any god damn sense, it did help, by a lot....Game plays now at 100+ FPS and drop is to high 20's - low 30's, unlike before - to low 20's, there is still drop in FPS but not as bad.....

I had a slight lag maybe on 2 servers of all I played, so lag int's an issue. And I absolutely love this game. Getting all my friends to play this too. :-)

Spray & pray.

Kind of hard to spray when you hold down the fire button on full auto and get 2 or 3 bullets.

I might just be a tool, but I can't find out how to disable hyperthreading to save my life. I can't find it anywhere in the BIOS.

That depends on your Motherboard but usually it's under advanced settings and look for CPU configuration or the like. You'll see hyperthreading and it only has two options, enabled or disabled.

Edit: what motherboard do you have? Do you know the maker, the model?

I'm using an i7 950 with an EVGA X58 Tri-SLI motherboard.

Okay, then go into the bios/advanced settings/ cpu features and you'll see the Hyperthreading option. Sorry for the delay, got stuck on an important phone call.

Actually, for your EVGA the bios under CPU features says " Intel HT Technology" so look for that.

Same here, gonna try the beta driver and see what that does (the flickering). Couple of other guys were having the same issue with constant shooting, he did a repair install of the game and it fixed it. Mileage may vary :)

I'll give it a try-the game reinstall; it's frustrating at fuck to try to let loose in close quarters and band I'm dead because the fucking gun won't shoot.

Wait a while sixer; the activation servers are flakey as fuck at the moment and you might not be able to reinstall
