I can not play in the gun master server

I have only one request to the moderators of the master server gun. I live in Brazil and my ping does not appear in Battlelog from when I bought the battlefield and so am always kicked from the server. Already open all possible doors TCP and UDP, but this is not an issue to discuss with vocês.Comprei the battlefield especially to play the master gun mode and can play only in the TBG server and so I was wondering if you can me allow to enter the server. we'll need to know what you are pinging to the server. Can you go to start/search type CMD then type ping 74.91.125.103

Let me know what is your ping.
 
I do not know if this will help, but I play on the US servers that contains ping restriction and have no lag and people do not complain

Since you can't even ping the server it means you are not connecting to the server at all due to your ISP. There is a blockage or reroute going one with your ISP that is stopping you from connecting to that server.

This happened to me before when my ISP made changes to their servers, it was a pain, and took a while but I finally got someone to change the settings at my providers end and could connect.

You should call your internet provider and ask them about this and ask them to fix it. There's nothing we can do on our end if you can't get access to our server from your ISP.
 
I live in a place that can only have a single supplier. Other suppliers do not enter the place where I live. I already called to try to resolve the problem and they say that the internet is working properly. It seems that not know how to handle this kind of problem.
