You managed to find two jobs and I have yet to even put a resume together.
 
My contract ended at Buyer's after two days. They said my production didn't look good so they thought I wasn't catching on according to my scanner. I didn't do much of anything for two days for only having the scanner for less than one day. I did not have that much in work on the second day even when I moved to different areas. To me it's bullcrap. I was asked to comeback to the temp agency by the consultant. She didn't understand why they ended my contract after two days. She said that they should of gave me a week. I am not going to instantly get it and be super fast within two days of working there.
 
Sounds like some major BS dude. If thats how they are, then you don't want to work for them anyway.
 
Yesterday Personnel Solution called me that there was a entry level CNC job in Mentor. The consultant emailed my resume to them. The HR at the company emailed back the consultant saying that they should have been more clear that they wanted a person who is fresh from college who learned CNC there. Buuuuuuut this morning the company called back Personnel Solution. I now have a job being a CNC operator trainee now with them. I will be training on first shift. I may be put on second shift. But more than likely I'll put on third shift like I wanted to.

I will be meeting the consultant at 2:00 at Personnel Solution for more information.
