So spawned on someone, and got put 20 feet below him under the map. looked around for a sec, determined there was no way out so i redeploy, after about 1-2 seconds of death cam fairfight then decides to kick me.

I've had that happen twice to me mate. Was reading the forums and it seemed that these false positives don't go against you.
