Looks like there is a check missing in the spawn menu for which team you are on. When you get autobalanced for a second or so you might still be on the other teams menu. I got auto balance as I was spawning into a jet wooohoo 3 jets and I didnt even violate the rules! Similar shit has happened and I am sure this isn't new.
