As i said all along they do not deliver what they advertise and there is also a movement (lobby groups for telecoms) to ban local municipalities from building their own infrastructure for internet access. Competition. HA! dont make me laugh. Free market principles don not apply to Monopolies. Its a fucking racket! ATT is the biggest crook IMO . Lets see how much in fines are levied against them with the new FCC chairman. Maybe it will be like the millions the banks were fined for the trillions of bad loans they sold. sarcasm in case you missed it. Hopefully President Trump signs an executive order mandating that ISP's and Big pharma come clean. Now That would be presidential. anyways have a good day. oh and by the way i found the link to post new threads to the forums.

Nothing would change except the consumer gets screwed to pay for the any fines levied. Oh, they might "change" the way of doing business for the short term, but go right back to the same old objective as soon as possible.

Nothing new here. As @sixer9682 says, they will play ball long enough for their lobbists to sway the verdict back to Charter's favor or the lawyers to find a way to game the system after the new round of rules and regs take effect.
