Why such a blocking - Forums - Battlelog / Battlefield 3

Lately I'm seeing threads being moved from one language forums to another without even thinking why was the thread posted in that language.
Why is this a problem? Most people hang out on the English forums, whatever their language is, the second French and then come Germans(who tend to hang out on English forums), my point is that the people post on English forums because the people on them can understand and help them, since everyone can be found here.
The solution i would offer for this would be an international forumfield, not so that to post in French you need to change language on both origin and Battlelog and then restart the browser, but instead make all forumfields visible in the forum start, but not so that "ALL ENGLISH / ALL GERMAN / ALL FRENCH", but like "General Discussion - <French> - <German> - <English>, this would make reaching help much easier and also help integrate the community teams.
Regarding the community teams, we all can say that the english one is full of lazy people who only move threads, lock threads and if someone knows something then they might just even answer.
The French team however makes a regular tv series, in-depth interviews, community events etc (NO, YOUR DOG TAG EVENTS ARE LAME AND UNCHALLEGING)
Conclusion:
1) Make All forums accessible in all languages (the core stays the same but you can access all forums from one)
2) Add the French and other Battlelog team video projects (with subtitles) accessible to all language Battlelogs.
3) English Battlelog mods need to make a discussion between themselves and realize that they shouldn't just do things because they need to get something done, but because it would be fun. (No, your dog tag event was not fun, I just simply sat back did nothing and got the reward)
Also, they should work together with other teams(not rip content but create content together)
Side question: why does the English team have so many members if they aren't really doing anything?(again, compared to the French team)
Why did i write this : I got a day long ban from the forums because you can't change languages efficiently(Battlelog-Origin difficulties) and I posted a French thread in English forums twice.
