Illegal Rooftoppers

Several persistent players on rooftops.
Screencap is available and can edit to add.
for the moment, their names are:

cdcvieira

also add: OKC_Stalin (they are in a 2 man locked squad, sitting on illegal rooftops)


The others in their squad appeared to be jumping off as soon as they spawned.
I'll go back and get more caps if necessary.
