I don't know how many of you remember the Donate module we used to have from awcoding. It went end of life so we moved on to vbDonate. It did not list the recent donaters on vB Advanced and Fast put in a feature request for it. Well so far nothing.... After modifying some code to make the trial members list possible on the admin page I realized I had all the code and knowledge needed to make this happen.

You guys might have noticed we were at 101% and that went down. The goal meter used to show the gross donations and not the net donations. We are using net donations now to realistically show where we are in regards to the goal.

i added "all" for "view donators" so it will be less confusing with the new addition.

Also just to clarify the difference b/n gross and net if anyone is not aware; when you donate, paypal automatically takes out a percentage from it.

lol since you added the recent donators, i just changed the wording for the other one, it has "view all donators" in case you wanted to see who donated when etc...

Ahh I see, where did u change that. I see its a rawphrase in the template. Is it an option in the vbDonate settings?

Well it would be dbtech since its their plugin but really at this point I am at a script kiddie level when it comes to vBulletin. I mean I can code php from a desk reference as C syntax languages are relatively the same. At this point I have been exposed to enough of vBulletins inner workings to do a little here and there. I can definitely continue to give us vBa modules as they are super easy and I don't even have to worry about hooks and stuff everythings taken care of by vBa. Next step though is to start learning full blown plugin development.

When Ozzy is done with what I have started even I won't recognize it and I wont be surprised if he doesn't even use what I have started with I mean hell I wouldn't if someone handed me shit like this in pascal. It definitly needs alot of work to be usable by everyone. For example net amount is hard coded, while easily changed it should actually be reading the set value in vbdonate. While I have a few things listed I can easily add say tomorrow. As far as a polished working product ready to deliver to the masses. I don't have time for that.

I would develop this further but with exception to one change I am done with it now that Ozzy is working on it. What I wrote should hold us over until then.
