Pssshh find one for sale that wasnt already stripped beyond what was necessary to own it. Then rebuild the engines because it wont be for sale with engines that have less hours than the FAA limit lol. Thats about it. But I would think for non previous military or commercial pilots. Working up the hours to get single and multi engine jet licenses is the fun part.
 
No matter what it takes, going grocery shopping in an F15 is the shit.
