Currently in beta. It's is not free to play. This video clearly shows something similar to conquest or conquest domination gameplay.
 
counter strike mod? am i right? i played the first one wasnt that great, no way would i pay that
 
I think the second one is a standalone game now but not sure.
 
I believe it's based of the source engine. Fast is correct, it's a standalone game.
 
I didnt like the alpha. Way too realistic. Two shots dead and close quarters with camping. Maybe they changed that since
