Intentional teamkill on Wardogs server

I was playing on the Wardogs server last night and was intentionally teamkilled by [MOOD] Axel. The interaction was that I was trying to place a recon tower at one corner of the FOB that was not very far along into construction (note no stationary weapons in the FOB area on the map, a few initial pallets that were just dropped, etc.) As I was placing it, I kindly asked the guy to hold off on closing off the wall because I was trying to place a recon tower there. He refused and proceeded to drop a bunch of walls. I then dismantled a few pieces (I only needed a small space of maybe 3 of them cleared as I was placing the tower at an angle) and he proceeded to teamkill me. Note that he says "he was already building first" but you can clearly see on the map he approaches from ~25m out as I was trying to lay the tower.
