EA is pretty shitty and so is DICE. Always something spiky and hard in the anuses.

TBH, I went through a hassle and was harassed by one of the employees @ EA. Long story short....
I wasn't able to play BF2/BC2 with whatever password I tried so I called EA and told them about this and when I was trying to have my yahoo account transfered to gmail, some guy was giving me issues by asking me "What is you're DOB" over a thousand times and whatever I told him, he said "No, that is not the correct password" and started harassing me for stupid shit. So as this situation got at a higher level, I asked if I can speak to his manager so, he puts me on hold for at least 15-20 mins not knowing if he actually was hearing what I was telling the other EA agent as he called me but, I notitfied the other agent over the phone of what was happening and next thing you know, the person that was harrassing me, hung up the phone cause I made sure he heard what was going on. So after all this went down, I spoke to a manager from EA and said "Look this is whats going down. I can't play any of my games which are BF2 & BF:BC2" as this whole thing went down, I told their manager and he felt really bad about what had happend of me being harassed/hassled by this douche. The advisor I was on the phone with ended up giving me a free game. which was, Medal of honor 2010. I was having trouble with that too, couldn't log in, couldn't do shit. so they issued me a code said sorry and gave me two more free games which were crysis - warhead & medal of honor- airborne. downloaded/installed these games to find out they don't work either. So, after talking with EA for almost 5 days in a row, they decided to give me an extra game for FREE. that's right,...FREE!. what did they give me? "Syndicate" For all I know, you treat others the way you want to be treated. I went through hell with these guys in order to get some games to work that weren't working. So, I hustled them for syndicate since they said they cant give me batman- arkham asylum, or star wars. So, I asked for L4D2 they said they couldn't do that either. I complained a lilttle bit more and grabbed syndicate out of them. LMAO. a $60 value game. What was sitting on my origin before: Batman: Arkham City, BF3,. BF:BC2 & Vietnam, Medal of Honor 2010, Crysis Warhead & Medal of Honor- Ariborne.
Whats sitting on my origin now: Batman: Arkham City, BF3, BF:BC2 & Vietnam, Medal of Honor- 2010 and Syndicate.
Play BF2 & L4D on steam
+ I also got an extra %20 coupon to buy anything from origin for any game.

If you ever want to buy anything through Origin, come up with a phony complaint and talk to their techs. They'll usually send you a support ticket resolution email with a 10% off coupon attached. I did that when I was Christmas shopping for my sister--got her Sims games for like 50% off.
