I was looking at different gaming mouses since I am in the market for a new one and was very surprised to find these computers at the prices they are selling for at Best Buy. Steam machines are over priced and pretty much dead.

I have been thinking about buying a gaming console (PS4 or XBOX one) for my living room so I can game on the couch, watch movies, or be able to play without waking my wife up since my pc is in our room. I don't care that the tower would stand out like a sore thumb next to our entertainment center, and upgrade the video card eventually, but for 399.99 or 599.99 for the specs you get on these systems, I think it is a great deal.

Here are the links, tell me what you think

XBOX 1 is $280 and as far as cheap gaming rigs go its not exactly a new thing. Also worth noting the XB1 would blow that 400 dollar pc out of the water graphics wise. Havent checked the cpu. Only advantage is upgradability.

This post was more for people who are on a budget that want to get into PC gaming. I did acknowledge the video cards would eventually needed to be upgraded maybe the power supplies also. But for someone who has wanted to dive into the PC world, especially with them now starting to put out new Console Systems every 2 years compared to 4+ I think this is a good starting point for a person who never played games on PC.

These are the cheapest gaming rigs I have seen come complete with everything to get you started into PC Gaming. Case, memory, hard drive, motherboard, dvd player, power supply, windows 10, keyboard/mouse. You also don't have to put it together, it comes ready in the box.

If you are using a 1080P Television there are no new systems coming out. The new XBOX 1 model will play exactly 0 games in 4K and its losing its native Kinect connector. Its not an upgrade at all. The PS4 will probably play a handful of Nintendo games in 4K and its main upgrade is for VR.

Cheap Gaming PC's have fell in price by about $20 per year. In 2010 the price point was $550.

Waiting on the system requirements (and platform differences) but my 5 year old $1500 rig will probably have the same graphics as the console version of BF1 lol.

yeah i mean those would work if you werent a builder. but as you said for someone just wanting to get into the scene these would work. however i could take 600 bucks and and blow it outta the water by swapping out where the funds were being put. consoles will have longevity in the fact you dont have to upgrde to keep up with new games comming out. console makes the games for what the machine can handle. im obviously pro PC and i like that fact it takes some cash to keep up thats why its more of an adult community than console cause daddy aint gonna let lil timmy on his rig when he can go get him a console.
