Possible base rape. I just got airborne and he started shooting me. I went straight up from the base. I'll let all y'all decide on the base rape. He then came around and rammed. He admitted in chat.

You were not engaging anyone and you were leaving from your uncap plus the ram. I would say a ban for a player removal for a few days would be justified.
