Keep getting kicked from your Lockers server WITHOUT REASON by RAPTOR

Hello guys, I usually play in your Locker server, but your admin RAPTOR keeps kicking me and a friend without reason, I play with the chat hidden and I dont even write, today we got kicked at the same time, is like the 4th time, this is the "reason"- Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'ilu7ion_Mario (for 0 minutes) ... Please Respect All Rules, Players and Admins [Admin Decision] -
 
Another 2 at the time I was writting the post, Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'ThunderBlackX' (for 0 minutes) ... Please Respect All Rules, Players and Admins -lllRAPT0Rlll 3/12/2016 2:48:22 AM [Admin Decision] and another one from another friend Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'ilu7ion_elmomoy' (for 0 minutes) ... Please Respect All Rules, Players and Admins -lllRAPT0Rlll [Admin Decision] and we just play in your server, we respect everyone.
 
Hmmm! I don't remember you being kicked 4 times! Not by me anyway, but maybe it could of been an auto kick for ping. I had players complaining about the server lag (players with lower pings than yours)...then I noticed yours and Thunderblackx was well over our allowance of 160! Matter of fact, and I don't recall which was which, but your pings were steadily over 190-249. If you join our server again, and I witness your pings as being this high, i'll be sure to take a screen shot to post here on our forums . Sorry for the inconvenience! Also, as I just investigated, I noticed that both of you are from outside the USA. I'm not sure if this would make a difference, but it shows one from El Salvador and the the other from Brazil. One last thing, your buddy John316 did not help this matter by coming in the server and being disruptive. I warned him multiple times to mind his own business! His joining and idling in the server only to complain was very toxic and disruptive! This was none of his business, but you did the right thing by coming here to post your concerns. Thanks

I simply asked why he was kicked Raptor, be honest now. And your reasoning for high ping is not a legitimate excuse because their pings were lower than multiple people still playing in the server and I mentioned this to you, yet you let them carry on. The true reason for the kick was not ping related, you and I both know this. Also, I was in-game when they were kicked and nobody was complaining about server lag. Their complaints were about good players being on the opposite team and you quickly got rid of them with an invalid excuse.

Here is every word ever typed by Mario on that server that day. He never complained about good players.

You on the other hand, were quick to assume. The limit is 160 by the way.

I did not assumed anything. I asked Raptor in chat (which you did not show) why these players were kicked, and he gave me the reason for high ping. I knew this was an invalid excuse because we have played in the TBG lockers server in the past with Raptor present with no problems. Then tonight, for whatever reason (possibly being on the opposite side of good players), he decides to kick my friends who were just there to play. Furthermore, there were still people playing in the server with higher pings than those kicked, and I brought this to his attention.

Also, if you had a 160 ping limit on your servers why don't you simply use the plugin that autokicks? Instead, the method currently implemented is handled by badmins who allow some to stay and kick those who he doesn't want in the server.

And since you have chat log, please post where people were complaining about server lag as described by Raptor. Also, next time post the full conversation, not just my responses. Thanks.

We do have a plugin that auto kicks for high ping. Some days it acts up and doesnt work and we have to manually kick. 160 is the threshold. Please be assured that any admin action taken is to ensure server quality and isnt based on emotion. Thanks for the report.

Its the 4th time I see that kick message, the 3rd time I joined again and I asked you why you kicked me and you just ignored me, el momoy has 60 ping in your server and you say that it was a high ping kick and he dont even talk english if the reason was disrespect, I know that your server has a high ping plugin because once I accidentaly joined downloading and it clearly says "Kicked by high ping", mi ping is around 100 (below 160 limit) because I'm from El Salvador, in the server were people with ping near 200 and you just kicked us both (elmomoy and me), another friend told me that he asked why you kicked us and you said "SHUT UP" and you kicked him too, then I came to your forums to report this.

Thanks for your attention, we just wanted to all you admins know about what happened, its not the first time that this happens in your server.

Ok..now you've gone a little far! I never told anyone to "shut up"! So now you've pissed me off so... SHUT UP!
