Kicked for No ping

Hi, Im Nick, I have been getting kicked over and over by the admin or script. When Im joining the server it tells me i have 20-40 ping and when i join, i have no ping, but your guys script doesnt wait even 15 seconds for the ping to pop up. I know i have ping and i know that it will pop up but this is complete ass cakes because I cant play in the server. Its your guys gun game server.
 
I get that every blue moon and a rejoin usually does the trick. I'm sure someone else will have to take a look and see what's up but I don't think it's a widespread issue. Any other information like which server or where you're from?
 
Provide us your exact alias and where you are from. From there I can add you to whitelist
 
I also get it from time to time,it's not a big deal unless I've waited in a queue of 6-7 and have to start over. :)
 
Im from utah and i have like 30-40 ping to the server when im looking on the server browser. my name on origin is NickToTheNock
 
Ive tried joining multiple times. probably like 30 times in total and i havent been able to get in
