L.Fearon RDX hopping.

Hi guys,
this guy just ruins the game play by RDX hopping, and no matter how manny times ive told him to read the rules he still does it.

he should be banned on all servers. I have him banned at least 6 times on tampa. And the only one he is not banned from is wake.

He is a good player when he is not hopping.
But he was quite offensive when i said RDX hopping was not allowed.

i've banned him manytimes. He is on my ban on site list.
