So I went to my Doctors today, no more splint cast and told me to start with the therapist moving my wrist and do home therapy , so my home therapy is flying

some pain yes, but I am learning to deal with it with no medication. I refuse to take any more Percocet , had a bad withdraw from then so I am just dealing with the pain when it comes .
