BF2 IO Server:
I put that off to reinvestigate.
I got killed a couple times by someone that I could see their tracers coming at me, but they were not visible, even in my scope.
I stood up and let the person kill me so I could get a name. (they were using a pkm type weapon)
I was on the hill near the Suburb pool, overlooking the plaza fountain. Standing next to and to the right of the tree, looking towards Square.
Judging from the origin of the visible tracers, the guy was laying near the wall of square and hitting me accurately from there.
All I could see was 'fog', but when I went down to that spot and looked back, there is a faint outline of the hilltop against the sky.
In all my time in the game, this rule has applied "if he can see you, then you can see him". Is there an exception?
After I checked that out, I came back and "cancelled" my comment. Perhaps a "reduced" fog, but not using a bot of any sort ?
His k/d was only 1:1, but scoring well.
