Hello, I need help on this.. has anybody ever used this or know what the hell it does,or how it works? I cant find anything on the Internets about it besides its supply class.. its worth $1000 I see it on a surplus site for sale.

Looks like that is only one part of it at least of what I can see in your picture. Look at the manual it shows all the parts for it
Note: According to the manual Some sort of compressed gas is required.
