im still rebluing and putting it back together and re sanding and staining the stock :D
 
its ALMOST DONE should be done by tomorrow night after work i just pieced it all back together after i re-blued it getting the trigger spring in was a pain in the ass worst 30 minutes of my life :S too hawd too hawd just got done staining the stock and hand guard :S the last weeetard that "tried" to do all this did not do it right so theres gun oil in the hand guard looks all weetawded :S i just hope i can get another for it and stain it cherry or get a custom one done with an angle and some kind of different stock to go along with it and put a side mount pistol scope on it
 
I love working on lever guns. Can't wait to see your finished rifle.
 
so where do you find an apprentaceship for gunsmith?
Or is it take enough of something apart, eventually you will figure out how to put it back together?
 
well u can actually just look for people who know how and ask them to teach you the more complicated stuff making barrels and stuff like that you can take classes on but your in the military right snake ? i figured they whould have classes on all type of guns for you guys i mean fuck if you use it they better show you how to fix it ... back in the days before vietnam i was pretty shure caring for your every day tool in the field was a requirement before u get booted out into the shit but then again most guns these days are pretty reliable out of the box but for the most part i learned by my self im going to take an advanced class on carbine take down and rebuild here in the next few weeks
