I've seen two people with this the past 2 days, not really sure exactly what it is but a quick google search for mombot brought up some website where you can purchase Mombot which looks to be a full cheat/hack package.
Here is a screenshot of one guy who was using it, could just be some stupid bind but quite a coincidence that mombot is actually a cheat.

The other play using it I didn't grab a screen of it but I'm fairly certain his name was onlynick and I have seen him on the server before. You should see the bind in chat log if you want to check this out. Both players never stuck around long enough to get a demo.
