Have you tried turning it off and back on again?
On a related note, my wife took hers out of her case (Droid DNA) and within less than 24 hours, her phone looked like yours...Good thing we have insurance on em!

yea nexus 4, nope i dropped it last night.. took it outa the case because the case for it sucked, and bam on the ground 2 days latter all fucked!

If you did, put it back in the box, call them up and say it came like this and would like to return it. They will send you another one but will charge you again if they don't receive the broken one.

On another note. Guys, checkout squaretrade.com. 3rd party warranties for electronics. I've had the pleasure of having a couple items break under warranty and it was painless. Always use a 20% or 30% coupon code though.

You dropped an LG what can you expect? I wanted the next Nexus until they unveiled THAT!
The least of my complaints was however it mimicked the I phones ability to be smashed not just on the front side but the back as well.

yea the back side is just as bad.. i found a good case for it, something similar to the otter box.
