Just thought i would let you guys know that things went great. The one that was fused with her jaw bone took about 45 mins to remove. Other then that she is doing great. She is currently all drugged up and passed out. Thanks for everyones concern.

Good to hear that the surgery was successful :).
 
Just joining the TBG family. But still want to your wife a speedy and full recovery, with little or no complications.
Took sharpnel to the face, and L eye area in the box in 06, from roadside IED. Facial surgery is no joke, and recovery is deftly hard.
Pretty much the only reason I got out of the Corps, otherwise would have been a lifer like my uncle, doing 35 straight in the CORPS.... Horaaaaaaaah!
 
Nice to hear it. Hopefully, she doesn't have any problems during recovery and she recovers well.
 
No doubt she is still passed out im still iceing her on for 30 mins then off for 30 mins trying to keep the swelling down but other then that she is doing great, great at sleeping a lot.
 
she´ll be up in no time dude, keep taking care of her.
