Offense: Team EMPing repeatedly to keep others from using the transport. Once in the transport, just flies around the periphery of the map nowhere near any silos, forcing those who spawn in the transport to bail out and hoof it all the way across the map.
Evidence: Attached screenshot shows him in the transport with our own gunship trying to kill him to get him out of it.
