Need admins in BF4 Server.

I was playing BF4 server of TBGCLAN and there was a hacker inside the game but no admins to ban him. Half of the team left and there was no sign of admin. There is need for active admins in the server to make sure everyone plays fairly.

First off which server was it?We have many. Secondly, not everyone here plays BF4 anymore so it is difficult to have admins on every single server.
