They actually have some pretty cool ideas but I don't think I'm that good at multitasking.
 
More useless shit. How about putting that effort into the game code and giving us features we want in game instead of this horse shit?

GAYOleaderboards.

They are kinda decent though; one game that does this REALLY well is the trackmania series. It's pretty amazing and kinda cool to be competing against people "in your area" in lap times, etc.

Then again, the quantity of shits I give about all of that is fairly insignificant.

It's EA, it's Origin only, and it's on consoles.

Fuck EA, fuck Origin, and fuck consoles.

Oh, by the way, fuck tablets too and wasting time on stupidity like porting commander mode on them.

Although, multi-touch tablets, as well as pedals, or capturing voice commands or other body gestures are interesting ideas for the future of RTS development. The keyboard/mouse micro needs to die a gruesome death. Neither have a place in a battlefield game.

The only flawless thing that's come out of them is the quality of shit stains all over every franchise they've bought over the last 10 years.

It's almost like the discussion in upper management probably goes like this:

"- Oooh, x studio made a successful game! BUY NAO!"

"- But wait, how can we turn this into a trilogy and gay it up progressively until it's barely bearable?"

"- Ooh, I have an idea..........."

Same concept with origin, although replace "x studio made a successful digital distribution software."
