Assuming nothing falls through I am picking up a 2004 Jetta Wagon. 2 Litre 5 speed with 118K on it. $1500 bucks. As soon as the check clears they are replacing the engine mounts and exhaust manifold. The rear bumper and the mirror needs to be painted.

I have always liked the Mark 4 Jetta. While not a huge fan of the wagon I think if the money is right next year it will become a project.

Drop it like so:

Scour the junkyards for a set of Bravo's off an 01-02 Jetta or 03+ Beetle:

Trying to decide what to do with the subwoofer. I want to be able to use the storage space. I had a solution when I had my truck:

Designed the box over the wheel well:

Seems like between aftermarket and custom there are a few solutions to utilize the access panels. At least if I do a box probably stick to the left side where we are only disturbing the usefulness of the smaller fold down seat:

Looks good, sry I didn't catch you in TS. Guessing these are the ideas you were having? My advice, unless you really love the car or you plan to keep it forever, don't mod it ;)

Figure the engine will last longer than the speakers. Thats usually where I determine the balance for modding the car lol. For example the PT hell no but my Blazer was a 99 that i got in 2008. Drove it for 7 years and it probably had a few more left when I got rid of it.

im jealous. Wish they made a newer version of the VeeDub Carmengeas!

Good luck rain, hope everything comes through. Watch out for hackers bouncing down the streets though! ;)
