New No Avatar Theme for Workplaces, Etc

Xenforo has the option for you to not see signatures however they didn't do the same for Avatars. It was requested awhile back that we make this available for people who browse at work, etc and are worried about avatars.

I wanted to pull the default Xenforo theme off but still have the style chooser available so I took the opportunity to finally provide a theme with no avatars. Its a bit rough as all I did was remove the avatar helpers. So there is currently a space almost everywhere an avatar was. I may adjust this later or use a place holder in the future instead.

To change themes its the bottom left corner of the site:

If you end up using this (DocHolliday I know is one) let me know of any issues the changes cause. I only see one so far and I will get to it soon. The visitor drop down (your username) has an overlap with a link.
 
Nice! Seems to work well so far. I'll grab some snippits if I see anything weird. Saves a lot of empty space that was between posts too.

Space usually occupied by signatures? :p

The vertical space from the avatar is usually offset by peoples signatures like so:

Which varies greatly of course, no sig, small sig, lots of info and social postbit, and better yet you have a tall ass avatar compared to say Mac in the example. Of course with BOTH gone there is much less space.

Going to implement a horizontal postbit as an alternate choice soon as well, however its massive space waster even still if you ask me.
 
Just woke up and noticed the member profiles and member cards still show the users avatar. Will fix in the morning.
