Undercover cop cars: apparently they work best when everybody knows about them. The car will be sporting 530hp.

"With its four wheel drive and computer aided everything, Nissan claims that the 2012 GT-R can sprint from zero to 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds, so the cops won't exactly need to upgrade it in order to catch anything short of a Bugatti Veyron.The police modifications are being installed by by EVI, a Northern Virginia company that supplies vehicles to forces in Virginia and the Washington DC area, but they won't say who it's for."

using the new ford taurus and ford explorers (with ecoboost) and chevrolet caprice as the new vehicles in 2012. Crown vics will no longer be in production after 2011. This is the last year they will make them.
 
Unfortunately I have to see at least one of these a day.
 
wait how is the skyline even permitted in the U.S? Maybe its different in the states but in canada its forbidden due to emission standards unless they changed it recently.

Yeah LOL The Nissan GTR is actually a US targetd car from the get go. Not really related to the Skyline except through engineering and racing lessons that came over the years.

Ive always loved the hype. The skyline started out as a 4 door mundane car in 1957 and even the popular R34,R33 and R32 are just 4 door business class luxury cars with an available sports coupe. Dont get me wrong the BNR-34 chassis is dead sexy. But most people don't realize what it is.

In fact some automotive idiot reported there was no way Nissan/Infiniti would produce a 4 door GTR because that would be like Chevy producing a 4 door Corvette. That guy did no research and yet he has a job qualifying him as an expert. What a fool.
 
say what you want about skylines or the GT-R. They are sexy cars. But i love crown vics. You just don't fuck with it. Specially modded one.
 
Matt you have no idea man, this is my absolute favorite car, if I could have any car in the world, this would be it, this pic is of one down here at my building.

As I said they are sexy cars but i love good old american muscle. Sleek looking cars is not really my thing even though i own an Acura
