Origin account hacked, best customer service ever

I just had my origin account hacked, but I was able to recover it. There were still some problems, as I couldn't change my screenname back to Chickenbomb and the hacker changed my security question. I contacted Origin Live support and this is why I just utterly loathe Origin.

This is what I wrote to the Origin Live support chat:

Me: they also changed my screen name and my security question, both of which I cannot change. Is there any way to reset my security question without knowing the answer? I have full access to my account again, but I can't change my security question or screen name back to normal.

Pooja: I have checked and found that there is a security question listed on your account so could you please provide me the answer of the security question in order to verify the account ownership?

It is enraging, they literally don't bother reading what you type, they just follow the flow chart all the way down the toilet.
