Okay so the site might not be very far to done but I have noticed we are already reaping the benefits of Xenforo's SEO and general performance.
Since the conversion our pages crawled is up and part of this is because of the other stats thats down and that is how long it takes for them to load a page:
The steep drop in page load time is likely due to down time but as you can see when the site came back up the speed is still much faster than before.
