All NFO servers are supposed to be rolling this out next 30 minutes, other RSP's I am not sure.

Is that a new one or are you talking about the R13 patched one hit kill?

I think quite a few of us were still experiencing the one hit kill last night. I don't believe they fully corrected it.

I'm pretty sure this fixes the new rubberbanding issue and nothing else. Way too many complaints
