Ping Spike resulting in a kick

Hi, i am a regular player on the BF4 ## CONQUEST ALL MAPS | VOTE MAP | NO LAG | TBGCLAN.COM and i get a very good ping 10-20 at most but sometimes my ping will spike up to a temporary 300+ resulting in a kick, i have talked to an admin on the server and advised me to ask to be white-listed thanks!
