Ived been mowing this place since 2001. This property was given to a LT. Kirby assigned to the 7th Tennessean at the battle of Nashville and other battles during the civil war. Land grants were given to mustering out commissioned officers. This was a land grant of 640 acres given to Lt Kirby. In part The land is still in the families possession and is operating cattle farm. When you see the main house its covered in vinyl siding. Under neath the siding is the original house built from log and plank construction. The other house you see is known as the guest house and its across the street but is still part of the farm. After all these years mowing this place the family and I have become friends. I just wanted to show this place to ya and to @ZaarKahn

Its a big place thats for sure. Mowing a lawn this size take mind and equipment over matter. Mow able area is over 5 acres.

Additional note on this place. Under neath the patio in back is a 200 ft deep well and its tapped into a under ground river. That for these parts 200ft well is a very deep well. The water from this well is been tested and is pure as water can be coming from such a source and heaven to drink.

Sweet looking place Bill's got Bro!!!!!! We(I) been missing you the last few days. Need more UCAV support
