Ports to have open for BF4

Someone been having trouble lately or something? Im like a cheap hooker I keep all my ports open.

Honestly windows should have a firewall API that works for the standard or 3rd party firewalls. Have applications request the ports the need open and authorize the requests for those ports just like they do now when the windows firewall asks permission. This won't fix hardware firewalls or routers but would still be an interesting way to have a closed first policy on the windows side.

Its 7:30 in the morning what the fuck am I talking about?

maybe your mind is asleep dreaming shit and your body is still writing, not code, but philosophy.

I have done that...I still get port 3569 port disconnect(check to see if it is still open and it is after the d/c) and "something went wrong".

I just got the following error:

ERROR
Game disconnected: Client closed down connection. Check your network connection and make sure that port 3659 (UDP) is open.

Every once in awhile I get it. I just go to the Test Range for about 5 minutes and target practice/mess with setups and then join a server while still in the Test Range and that usually fixes it for me. I don't understand why that port needs to be open though if most of the time I don't have issues with it...and why going into the Test Range helps
