SO IT DOES EXIST! I have heard about these for the better part of a decade but never saw one. Ended up getting sent to another restaurant today and they had one.

It can get pretty violent at times. It took me a long time to get the right dishes in it to do a normal tumble like that. Whatever you do do not let go of your towel. Mine kept going around and around and around. Manager asked me what I was staring at, "Lost my towel". I can tell you anyone who throws a knife in this sink i will have to stab after removing it from my own arm.
Sucks in from the bottom of the sink and has jets in the middle:
