I was having trouble with an plug-in update for bf4 the other day. Andrew aka Ohatubyr offered his services to help me find and fix the problem, wow what a great clanmate! even better we found and fixed the problem! i had a problem installing a plug-in and long story short my browser (firefox) was the problem! a quick to change to chrome and problem solved. many thanks to Andrew.

i dropped firefox when I came back from overseas...my woman said it was fucking her computer up, she changed browsers and blammo! poor firefox has lost my support

When the original BF4 beta drivers came out they permanently destroyed Firefox. It's something to do with Flash, I can't quite put my finger on it but sadly after 10 years I have had to abandon Firefox. I tried everything including a clean install of my OS and all software on a brand new SSD, as soon as Firefox was installed and updated the same problems were back again. Whatever destroyed Firefox did it the last week of October 2013. I emailed Firefox support with the situation and never heard back. Frank if I knew this was a problem outside the game I would have asked if you use FF. Glad you guys got it sorted, bummer to lose such an awesome browser though. I'm still trying to figure out what browser to replace it with. I don't want to expose myself to Google Chrome and it's intrusive oversight, I'm thinking maybe Dolphin.

You may have lost a few days of play time, but you made a great new friend. I'd call that a good deal! Glad you got it working in time for the weekend.

i know mac....google chrome i said the same thing about windows 8+...here I am made a double switch and have yet to have any problems

I switched to Chrome a few years ago when I started to run into performance issues with Firefox across multiple devices for many months. I haven't looked back. The seamless use across all my devices makes it perfect for personal and business purposes.

I run pcx Firefox. No issues.

Google Chrome will lock you out of some streaming websites which makes it a no go for me. That's how I watch most of my Blackhawk games.
