[BF4] Quick Swapping Animation Glitching

So, I'm noticing more and more people using this quick swapping animation glitch technique on the BF4 Metro server and was wondering what you all think of it. I think it is in the same league as movement glitches as they both involve intentionally glitching out the animations in order to get the upper hand. It's most obvious when you go to knife someone. Over halfway through the animation and the person being knifed glitches out of the animation and shoots the knifer in the head.
