Rare Rabbit stepped on, killed by cameraman at its own press conference!

A press conference was called to announce a 3 week old ear-less bunny named Til as a German zoo's new attraction. It was stepped on and instantly crushed by a cameraman.

I quote the Zoo director as saying "It was a direct hit". No word on if they will source their replacement from Fukushima, Japan where these are currently not as rare as they used to be.

Is it wrong that I can't stop laughing about this? I feel bad for the rabbit, but that is pretty funny. I hate squishing animals though, I swerve way out of my way in the work truck to avoid the roadkill which is plentiful and inexhaustible down here.
