To the fallen, and the lost and everyone who served and serving. I salute you.

My prayers are with the families of those who lost loved ones.

One could never have done enough then the men and women who helped that day on 9-11. May those who lost loved ones always be remembered and those who helped God bless you!

I can't deal with it anymore and have basically turned a deaf ear to anything that has to do with 09/11 because every time I see the images or listen to the stories I find myself back in the mindset that 2/3 of the country had right after the attacks and I can't help feeling like we should have just turned that entire region of the globe in to one big sheet of molten glass regardless of who got hurt in the process. I mean no disrespect my heart goes out to the family and friends of those who lost their lives in the cowardly terrorist attacks and the subsequent was on terror but the level of anger I still carry even after 10 years is more than I want to allow myself to feel and when I see the images and here the stories of the lives these cowardly pricks destroyed it makes me sick that we didn't just lay waste to everything and everyone over there even know I know that would be wrong. God how I wish Regan had still been President when this happen but then again this might not have happen if he had still been in office.

can't have that mind set man
there are good people over here. you cannot condemn a whole country for the acts of small population of that country.
i know it sounds like the easy answer
that would be like wanting to kill all the black people in the states cause a gang killed your mom.
we can't do business like that. plus the use of nuclear weapons opens the door and other countries would be more willing to strike us first in fear of us using nuclear weapons on them.
you just got to sit back and be thankful war is not like it used to be.
i mean look at the past wars in history and compare them to the lives lost vs time involved in that war.

Well stated..

I don't doubt for a minute that there are good people over there and your right I shouldn’t condemn an entire country for the cowardly acts committed by a few fanatics but when I see those images and hear the stories of those who were killed and the families that were left behind to deal with the aftermath I can’t help feeling the way I feel. Genocide is never an easy answer but we have been out this for 10 years now and at the rate things are going our children’s grand children we still be dealing with the aftermath created by the events of Sept 11th 2001 and to me that insane and would be like my generation still dealing with the aftermath of Pearl Harbor. Enough is enough, I am fed up with seeing the blood of Americans spilled as well as our resources being consumed by what appears to be the never ending war on terror. How many of our citizens have to perish, how much money and resources are we supposed to expend trying to rid the world of these ass holes with clean little surgical operations before we wake up and realize the only way to deal with theses idiots it to wipe them and their safe havens off the face of this planet once and for all. I’m sorry but our citizens have spilled enough of their blood and we have expended way, way, way too much of our time, money and resources that are need here at home trying to rebuild these cesspools of humanity. The winning hearts and minds approach doesn’t seem to be getting us anywhere fast, so as far as I am concerned we should withdraw our troops and basically tell these people look your either with us or against us. If you with us we will give you all the help and assistance we can afford to however, and pay attention here you folks need to get the lunatics under control because if our country or its citizens are attacked again and it turns out the group responsible is on your soil make no mistake if we have to come back it will be the last time we have to!

i always get choked up when i watch stuff about 9/11, i was only in grade 3 when it happened but i remember seeing it on the news, and when the principle walked in to our class and told us what happened. will never forget that day.

Try to argue both sides of every story.
I have said it too we should've just bombed the shit outta that place. Easy as it would be its not the right answer.

I agree but again I can't help the way I feel about it which is exactly why I have to turn a deaf ear to anything that has to do with 09/11. The anger and emotion that it stir's in me is in direct conflict with my beliefs and I have never been able to reconcile the two.
