Comments Someone called BS on him in a game I was playing so I took a look at his stats. I'm not really sure if that is an incredibly high rate or not . His stats seem fishy to me

From what I'm seeing on the stats, his Hits Per Kill are quite high. Usually on the order of 1 in every 3...or less. I'm seeing a damage mod here.
