Offense committed: griefing team in base (attacking teammates by running over them, not letting jet's take off, shooting heavy shells at choppers taking off)

Evidence: I will provide a YouTube link once I upload it later. Also check the chat logs because he did it while on Operation Firestorm when he was on the team I was on and also after on Caspian Border when he was on the opposite team I was on. As a result, many people commented on his foolishness.
