Comments: His overall playstyle seemed very shifty for a player who has less than one month of experience in BF4 (he started playing on May 14th 2014). He would quickly gun down anyone he shoots, but sadly I didn't record any of the gameplay.
Moreover, his headshot killrate with the AR160 and the Scar-H are highly suspicious. Getting 45% and 39% respectively is not impossible, but very rare especially with 250+ kills. Further investigation is definitely needed IMO.
