Comments Just to clarify again...
Just because someone uses a hack(aimbot/espbot) doesnt mean their stats are gonna be showing this, you can easily PAD them aka statpadding, to fix the inconsistencies in the stats you have. And it certainly doesnt mean their k/d and score will reflect this in the game either. Again it is his actions no his stats.
Yes it doesnt show his overlay which i wish it did, but the fact remains shooting at people and hitting poeple that are either not there on the screen(yes I know spectator mode is a little off by a few ticks but NOT THAT OFF) and with headshots that he isnt 0'ing in on or taking distance shots? I think not, he is good(well not really either with a hack the hack is what made him good) but he aint that good i am sorry.
And just cause he is a level 110 doesnt make him good level doesnt make a person good. Nor does score, or k/d. Thoes are all easily statpadded. So stop taking his score and his k/d and crap in account. It means nothing.
Again the actions speak louder than words. And his are screaming.
