Evidence: You can check the chat logs. Multiple people talked about it, and he admitted to it.

Comments This fucker was sniping w/ a 40X scope from the bottom right island outside the playable area. No other weapon could reach him, and he was outside the map for infantry and vehicles.

We appreciate the report. He was using the same island as the infamous Gw4aneagle. As far As I know we discussed this as being spot that it okay. It is accessible via aircraft despite what the map tells you. I saw where he was as commander of his team.

boats can also tv that place and you can pick up a rifle yourself, which won't work most of the time. Basically, get a little bird and camp that shit until he gives up.

Can it be hit by mortars? I have never tried it, but if it could be hit from E that would be awesome.

After looking at his stats, he does not seem to be much help to his team. nearly 10k kills as a sniper, with a rifle. Less than 100 with a pistol, which is his second most used weapon. Less than 100 kills with a tank and that is his most with a vehicle. He is all marksman medals and headshot medals. He doesn't even designate targets for his team.

No unmanned gadgets can reach. Mortar you can;t lay close enough. MAV, SUAV, UCAV all get out of bounds.
