Offense committed: damage mod probably a bunch of other stuff

Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.
Evidence: never seen this before but he multiple times would one shot kill tanks with his tank. pretty much ever time he fires a tank shell it does 70-100 damage to other tanks. not just some fluke occurrence as every time he shot a tank shell it was instance death for other tank.
Comments not sure what his stats look like but this guy is most definitely cheating
