Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.
Evidence: Server couldnt allow demo replays and I lacked any hardware at the time to record otherwise. When I tried finding the key to record it screenshotted only his first person view. It shows that you cant trade with him but I was able to find his IP address.
*Yes this doesnt prove much but it shows what weapon he used and of his usage of the sniper*

Comments He made fun of others on the server and boasts about his kills. He twitches for some reason to the users head extremely quick offering 3 head shots in less than a couple seconds. He says he has been playing for 6 years and BO2 a lot for practice but his steam account is not set-up.
