Offense committed: Placing Slams on Enemy Runways in Uncap

Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.
Evidence: On take off in an A10, I was blown up by a slam placed on the runway by this Player (AKAI)Eisfee09. I was also informed by another player (Lluvsboobies) that the player does this on a constant basis. How I find these people I'll never know and I feel like a complete heel for needing to make reports on them. Thank you for your time Admins
